Died in Wellington Hospital after a short illness on 22 February 2022.  Aged 83 years. Daughter of the late Denis and Freda Farrell of Greytown. Loved Mother of Michael, Michelle and Andrew, grandmother of 8 and great grand-mother of four. Loved eldest sister of Gwenda and Terence (Hokitika).  Former wife of the late Ian Smith.
Due to Omicron no service has been held yet. A memorial day will be arranged at some point in the future when restrictions and risk of travel and gatherings have eased.
