Both lanes of the Rimutaka Hill are now open after a Masterton logging truck trailer overturned this morning, blocking the southbound lane for more than an hour.
The trailer had overturned about 3km north of Kaitoke on State Highway 2 just before 9am.
Police and fire services were called to the scene and were assisted by an ambulance crew from Featherston.
There were no injuries.
