Passed away peacefully at Moana House, Whangamata, on 12th April 2019; aged 83 years. Loved wife of the late Fred, Mother and Mother-in-law of Janice and Albie, Margaret and Dave. Loved Nana of Stephen, David and Arna, Daniel and Brie, Robert and Phillipa and her 9 great grand-children. The family would like to thank the staff at the Whangamata Medical Centre and Moana House for all their wonderful care and attention.
In accordance to Pat’s wishes a private cremation has been held. The date for a memorial Service will be advised.
