Passed away at home in Christchurch due to a long illness (Ostio Arthritis). Loved son of Gladys and Martin Fraser (both dec). Loved stepson of William Rutene (Bill) (Wiremu) (dec). Loved father and father in law of Tyson and partner Talya and poppa of grandchildren. Loved brother of Kevin and Lance. Loved sister in law Karen. Loved by all his nephews and nieces and wider whanau. Special friend to Marice and friends. A special thank you to the nurses and hospital staff that cared for Bernie.
A small service has been held and cremation in respect of Bernie’s wishes.
