Changes have been made at Aratoi Art and History Museum museum with the naming of two women to interim roles as a result of a personnel reshuffle.
Barbara Roydhouse has made the shift from vice to interim chairwoman after Frazer Mailman resigned as chairman following his election to both Masterton District Council and Masterton Trust Lands Trust, both being major Aratoi funders..
Susanna Shadbolt will step in as interim director after Alice Hutchison’s resignation. Ms Hutchison served three years as director which included many successes with both attracting exhibitions and with fund raising.
Friends of Aratoi have also been through a remodelling with chairwoman Jo Beetham retiring along with members Stephanie Kirby and Anne Atkinson.
New chairwoman Sandra Debney will be joined by new committee members Stephanie Chilcott and Sam Ludden.
The Aratoi Board’s AGM will be held on December 2, 2016.
