1. Very disappointed to find the vendors of the 139 Colombo Road Villa making false advertised public statements that they restored the villa they are selling to its former glory. The villa was traditionally called Gartylough which they have now renamed Pepper Tree Villa which I personally spent over 10 years as a labor of love to restore to its former glory. The current vendor is entitled to take some credit for refurbishing with some paint and wall paper to suit their personal tastes but certainly are not entitled to take credit or make public statements that they restored the villa to its former glory.
