Hunting for Headhunter

Wairarapa Police are seeking Michael John Clark, 30, a patched member of the Headhunters gang, after the seizure of a significant quantity of methamphetamine in Carterton last week.

Clark is believed to be in possession of a firearm and should not be approached.

Last week police arrested a 24-year-old woman at a gang-affiliated address in Carterton, where they seized 600 grams of methamphetamine with a street value of $230,000.

She was charged with possession of a class A drug – methamphetamine – for supply, which carries a maximum penalty of life imprisonment under the Misuse of Drugs Act 1975.

Anyone with information about Clark should call 111 and reference file number 221124/5050.

Information can also be provided anonymously via Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111, or https://www.crimestoppers-nz.org/.
