There was frustration at the weekend for the Giants softballers, with both Intercity games cancelled because of wet weather in Wellington.
Giants Blue were on the way to Paraparaumu for their premier two clash with Kapiti when they got the call that all games had been canned, while the Giants Reds didn’t even leave Masterton.
Both games will now be played on one of three catch-up days set aside by Intercity Softball for the pre-Christmas competitions.
