5 May 1940 – 20 May 2022.
Passed away peacefully after a short illness. Gone to be with Jesus. Much loved wife of the late Jim Sutherland. Much loved mother of Lee and Chris Cooper, Temple, Leslie and Doug Kirk, Gerrard and Sue, Nathan and Eleanor. Adored grandmother to her 21 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
A celebration of Alison’s life is to be held at Bethlehem Baptist Church, 90 Bethlehem Rd, Tauranga on Thursday 26 May at 11.00am followed by a burial. In lieu of flowers donations preferred to Waipuna Hospice at waipunahospice.org.nz in thanks for their exceptional care of Alison.  Alison would love you to wear colour. All welcome.
