Martyn Grenfell.
Died at Sprott House on 4th September 2018, having had a full and active life. Dearly loved Husband of Shona (nee Dalglish, formerly Brown) (dec) and Marion (nee Hodder) (dec). Cherished Father and Father-in-law of Monty and Caroline Spencer, Gendy and John Stevenson (dec), Celia and Bruce Spencer Cottrill, Rick and Helen Spencer and Ray and Nic Spencer. Much loved Grandfather of Ben, Sam, Tom, Jess, Ferg, Guy, Daniel, Luke, Hannah, Max, Tom and Phoebe and a much loved Great Grandfather. Loved and Respected Step-father and Step-father in Law of Rosemary and Bill Hallett, Vicky and Mark Ordish and Al Brown and Liz Langbrown. Devoted Step grandfather of Amanda, Sam, Rebecca, Brent, Paul, Alice and Connie and a devoted Step great-grandfather. Loved Brother and Brother in Law of Hillary & John Gill (both dec), Christine and John Daniell (both dec) & Judy(dec) and Gavin MacDonald.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the Neurological Foundation of New Zealand, PO Box 3168, Wellington.
A celebration of Martyn’s life will be held at 11am on Saturday 3rd November in Wellington, with the venue to be confirmed in due course.
