Passed suddenly aged 59 at Manor Park Hospital on 17 March 2019. Loved husband of Susan and father of Matthew and Hayley. Brother of Diane and Graham.
A memorial for David will be held at the Dowse Museum, Lower Hutt on Friday 29 March 2019 at 11am. In lieu of flowers donations to Manor Park Hospital would be appreciated.
