Peacefully, at home, on Monday, 15 April 2024. Dearly loved husband of Margaret, loved Dad of Holly-Rae, Hemi and Ngahuia, Riki and Krystal, Miriama and Joel, and adored Pop of all his grand-children and great-grandchildren. Loved son of Lorna and Dick, son-in-law of Lorna and Jim O’Connor, loved brother, brother-in-law, and Uncle.
A celebration of Richard’s life will be held at the Southern Funeral Home Chapel,
106 Hokonui Drive, Gore, on Saturday, 20 April, at 1.00pm, followed by interment at Riversdale Cemetery.  Refreshments will be provided at the Gore Town and Country Club, Esplin Room, from 3pm.
