Suddenly as a result of an accident in Mangaweka on Saturday 11th February 2023, aged 42.  Dearly loved eldest son of Trish and Philip (Hamilton).  Dearly loved husband of Janice Tay-Oh. Dearly loved father of Xavier, Alex, Brianna, Summer, Jaedon and Baby Asher, and stepfather of Matty.  Loved brother and brother-in-law of Rebecca and Darren Reader, Stephen and Julia, Sarah and Steven Miller, and Jono and Abby.  Loved uncle to all his nieces and nephews.
A time of farewell will be held at Rosewood, 415 Queen Street, Masterton on Wednesday 15th February at 10.30am prior to Richard travelling to Hamilton for his funeral service.  The service in Hamilton will be at the Freedom Christian Church, 3 Clow Place, Melville, Hamilton on Friday 17th February at 11.00am followed by cremation.
