CSB, QSM (formerly Mother Felicitas).
Daughter of Walter and Agnes Landy (dec). Loved sister of Brian (dec) and Patsy (dec) and loved aunt of Kathryn. Died peacefully at Glenwood Masonic Hospital on 6th September 2021. Dearly loved member of the Congregation of St Brigid. Died two days short of her 70th Jubilee. Sr Monica was a tireless worker for the Catholic Church and the Wairarapa community.
May she rest in peace.
Because of Covid restrictions a private cremation has taken place. A Memorial Mass will be held at St Patrick’s Church, Queen Street Masterton on Tuesday 1st February 2022 (St Brigid’s Day) at 1:30pm. This is a Vaccine Pass for entry, and limited to 100 people, so please express your interest by phone to the Parish of the Wairarapa 06 3782028 option 1, or by email to: [email protected]. A Vigil Prayer service will be held on Monday 31st January at 4.00pm, again Vaccine Pass and limit of 100. Please indicate which service you wish to attend.
