Of Masterton, formerly of New Plymouth. On 18th July 2020 peacefully at Kandahar Home, Masterton. Aged 75 years. Dearly beloved special friend of Chris Siemonek and mate of Zeb. Loving father of Darron (UK), and Graeme (deceased), father-in-law of Kirsty (New Plymouth) and Grandfather of Raven (New Plymouth).
In accordance with Jack’s wishes a private cremation has been held. A memorial service for Jack will be held at Kandahar Home (Recreation Room), Roberts Road, Masterton on Tuesday 28th July 2020 at 2.00pm
