Rita Margaret (nee McGovern).
Passed peacefully at Molly Ryan Retirement Village on Sunday 17th April 2022, just short of her 98th birthday on ANZAC Day. Dearly loved wife of the late William (Bill) Jaspers. Much loved mother and mother-in-law of Annette and Bruce Stockwell. Dearly loved Nana to Hamish and Raphaelle, and Shona and Aron, and great-Nana to Naomi, Enzo, Amber, and Eliza. The family would like to give special thanks to the staff at Molly Ryan, both past and present, for creating her home for the past 15 years, where she felt safe, cared for, and respected.
Please note that due to close family Covid-19 infection the family is unable to proceed with the funeral service which had been planned for Saturday 23rd April 2022 at The Chapel of W. Abraham, New Plymouth at 2.00pm.
The service has been cancelled.
