On 28 October 2019 suddenly at Opaki Racecourse after his last track ride, aged 58. Loved father of Sam. Loved son of the late Arthur and Dot Guise. Loved brother and brother-in-law of Gary (deceased) and Gaye, Denise and Peter Forman, twin sister Janice, Steven and Wendy, and Heather. Much loved uncle of his nieces and nephews. Loved friend of Melissa.
A service to celebrate Paul’s life will be held at Opaki Racecourse (entrance opposite Wee Red Barn) State Highway 2, Masterton on Friday 1 November at 11.00am followed by private cremation.
