Peacefully on May 20, 2017 at Arbor House Rest Home, Greytown. Aged 90 years. Loved wife of the late Elfed. Much loved mother and mother-in-law of Steph and Dean, Neville and Annie. Loving Gma to Nic, Mark, Alice, Jess, Wilba and Rosie, and her five great grandchildren. Loved sister of Powell Williams (Wales UK), and the late Mary Price (Wales UK). The family would especially like to thank the staff at Arbor House for the wonderful kindness and care they gave Dilys.
