Suddenly and peacefully on 25 October 2021 at his home in Upper Hutt, aged 44. Much loved son of Bob and Maggie (Marg), dearly loved brother and brother-in law to John and Jo, David and Libby (Queensland) Megan, Grant, Lucy and Molly O’Toole (Lower Hutt).
Loving partner to Jodi McIntosh and adored “bonus Dad” to Tayler, Riley, Lincoln and Mason (Upper Hutt). Dave will be deeply missed by us all.
