Died peacefully at Levin War Veteran’s Home, on Saturday 10 February 2018, in her 91st year. Dearly loved wife of the late Peter Bland. Loved mother and mother-in-law of Susan and Keith Finlayson (Pirinoa); Pauline and George Wardle (Pongaroa) (deceased); Flora and Dave Tulloch (Te Kuiti); Wendy (deceased); and Peter and Karen (Levin). Loved grandmother of 19 grandchildren and great-Grandma of 6. Grateful thanks to the War Veteran’s staff for their exemplary care. In lieu of a floral tribute, a donation made to the Levin War Veteran’s Home 14-18 Prouse Street, Levin, would be appreciated or may be left at the service.
