Gladstone Bulls ended Comvita Kia Kaha’s unbeaten run with a 5–4 victory to progress to the final of the Wairarapa league. Kia Kaha will play Carterton Vets, who beat Old Boys 4–1, for the second spot in the final.
Tremains Red Star are through to the bottom four final beating Dalefield Dodgers 3-1. They play the winners of the Dodgers-JNL clash.
Dalefield play Tremains Red Star and Gladstone Gold take on Comvita Kia Kaha in the women’s division one semifinals. Dalefield beat Kia Kaha 3–1, and Red Star thrashed Featherston 9–0 in the last round of games.
In women’s division two, Property Brokers edged Coasties 4–3, Featherston Foxies were 2–1 victors over Gladstone Heifers, Wairarapa Mitsubishi beat Featherston Force 4–2, and Martinborough thumped Eketāhuna 7–0.

DV Skulls beat Greytown Tremains 11-0 in the latest round of Wairarapa Division One. Carterton Redbacks unbeaten streak is now 32 games, winning by default over Douglas Villa Drake. Progressive Engineering Masterton Athletic beat Greytown Property Brokers 5–1.
Featherston United Property Brokers lead division two after thumping Carterton Reapers 8-1. Douglas Villa Cams Flooring beat McAuley’s Masterton 6–4 to stay second. Greytown Umbrella Group Spartans extended their lead in division three with an 8–0 demolition of Carterton. Masterton Lions beat Carterton Goal Diggers 1-0, and Evergreens pipped DV Mitre 10 Meganbeens 4–3.

A Wairarapa Invitation team held on to win a tight tussle 41-39 for the Friendship Trophy against Lower Hutt last Saturday.
Wairarapa led 23–17 after the first round of fours and pairs, but their lead was cut to two points in the second round.
Lower Hutt’s Gary Morgan, Dave Pollard, and Maree and Kevin Crighton triumphed in the Central Wairarapa fours championship held on Sunday, beating the four of Donald and Janice Leighton, John Duncan, and Tina Patrick 10-7.
Clareville hold a narrow lead after the fifth round of interclub after an 8-6 win over East. Central beat Horseshoe 8-6.
