On March 19, 2018 peacefully at Glenwood Masonic Hospital, Masterton aged 85. Dearly loved husband of Daphne. Dearly loved Dad of Jane, Geoff and Jo, and the late Trudie. Loved Grandad of Emma, Tom, Peta and Frankie. Loved younger brother of the late Elizabeth and Peter. The family wish to thank everyone at Glenwood Masonic Hospital and the Palliative Care Team for their care and support of Jay, during his stay.
In accordance with Jay’s wishes a private burial has been held.
