In her ninety first year. Peacefully on Tuesday 27 February 2018 at Lansdowne Park, Masterton surrounded by her family. Dearly loved wife of the late Erwin. Special twin sister of Marguerite. Much loved mother and mother-in-law of Jennifer and the late Barry Pacey, Kevin and Lynn Davies. Grandmother of five and great grandmother of six. Special thanks to the caring staff of Kandahar Court and Lansdowne Park for their amazing care of Joan. In lieu of flowers donations to Hospice Wairarapa 59 Renall Street, Masterton would be appreciated or may be left at the service.
A service to celebrate Joan’s wonderful life will be held at Rosewood 415 Queen Street, Masterton on Saturday 3 March at 2.00pm followed by private cremation.
