Died peacefully on Tuesday, 9 July 2024. Aged 92. Much loved husband of the late Peggy (nee Jameson), loved father and father in law of William, and Joseph and Mary-Jo, Papa John of Jessica, Christopher and Michael. A special thanks to the staff at Wairarapa Hospital DPU who helped him enjoy many extra weeks of sport & world news on TV. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Wellington Free Ambulance https://www.buildwairarapastation.org.nz/ would be much appreciated. A service to celebrate the life of John will be held at Rosewood, 415 Queen St on Friday 12 July at 2pm.
