David Rex.
Formerly of Hutt Valley. David passed away peacefully at Wairarapa Hospital surrounded by family. Aged 79 years. Much loved husband of the late Michele, and the late Leone. Beloved father and father-in-law of Bevin and Lyndee-Jane, Claire and Bryce. Step-father of Paula and James.  Grandad of Kane and Lucan. Proud life member of the Petone Rugby Football Club and Club President 2000-2002. Former President of Wellington Rugby Football Union. Grateful thanks to the staff of Wairarapa Hospital in particular HDU.
A service for David will be held in the Richmond Chapel, Richmond Rd, Carterton on Monday 6 May at 2.00pm followed by private cremation at Clareville. David’s service will be livestreamed.
