Locally owned, locally printed … the Wairarapa Times-Age is independent and fiercely local.
As the voice of our region we start work each day with the knowledge that our front section will be entirely local, while opinion and sports pages will also be biased towards local issues. It’s a big effort for our small team of editor, chief reporter, five news journalists and sports reporter and it is not something we could do without the support of our readers and our region. Help us continue to bring you local news you can trust by becoming a supporter.
By and large our readers' comments are respectful and courteous. We're sure you'll fit in well.
