We are looking for an all-round office administrator to help with the day to day running of Brackenridge Country Retreat & Spa.
The ideal candidate will be reliable, flexible & motivated,
You will have great customer focus, plenty of common sense and initiative, a good understanding of Microsoft word, Excel & outlook.
Ideally have some hotel reception experience.
You will need good time management skills and be able to work autonomously and part of a team.
The role will involve answering phones, greeting guests, making reservations, checking in & out of guests, day to day bank reconciliation, and some basic accounts work.
Approximately 30 hours per week, which will include some weekend work.
